Common Questions

How does the "Trybe It" Demo Program work?
It is simple: $0 Due Today. You select a paddle, we ship it to you, and you have 14 days to play with it in real games. If it improves your game, you keep it. If not, send it back or switch it for a different model. Join the Trybe to unlock unlimited swaps.
What is the difference between Thermoformed and Standard paddles?
Thermoforming is a manufacturing process where the paddle is heat-molded as one solid piece. This creates a "unibody" design that is more durable, offers a larger sweet spot, and generally provides more power (pop). Most of our premium boutique brands utilize thermoformed Carbon Fiber.
Can I switch paddles if my play style changes?
Yes! That is the primary benefit of the Trybe membership. As you improve from a 3.0 to a 4.0 player, you may need to move from a forgiving Control paddle to an aggressive Power paddle. Our program lets your gear evolve with your skills.

How to Choose Your Pickleball Paddle

Finding the right paddle is harder than it looks. Specs on a screen don't tell you how the handle feels or how the ball pops off the face. Here is what to look for when you demo:

1. Core Thickness (14mm vs 16mm)

Generally, a 16mm core offers more touch, control, and stability—ideal for soft games, resets, and dinking. A 14mm core is thinner and returns more energy to the ball, resulting in higher "pop" and power for drives.

2. Face Material (Raw Carbon Fiber)

We specialize in Raw Carbon Fiber faces. This gritty texture "grabs" the plastic of the ball, generating maximum spin (RPMs). If you struggle to keep hard shots in bounds, a high-spin Carbon Fiber paddle is a game changer.

Pro Tip: Don't just hit dinks. When you demo our paddles, play a full competitive match. See how the paddle feels on tired arms in the third set. That is the real test.
