Rent BBCOR Bats FAQs

What happens if I crack a rented bat?
Don't sweat it. It's baseball. If a bat breaks during normal use, simply return it. We cover normal wear and tear. Our goal is to get you back in the box with a fresh bat immediately.
Can I use these bats in High School games?
Yes. Every bat in this collection is BBCOR Certified (.50), making them legal for High School (NFHS) and Collegiate play. We check certification stamps before every rental ships.
Should I rent Balanced or End-Loaded?
It depends on your swing. Balanced is best for contact hitters needing bat speed (approx. 70% of players). End-Loaded is for power hitters who can handle extra mass at the end of the barrel. Use our Swing Weight Guide below to decide.

The Science of Swing Weight (MOI)

Most parents look at the "Drop 3" label and think all 33-inch bats weigh the same. They don't. The difference is MOI (Moment of Inertia)—how heavy the bat feels during the swing.

Not sure on size? Watch this 30-second guide to get the perfect fit:

1. Balanced (Low MOI)

The weight is distributed evenly across the handle and barrel. This allows for higher bat speed and better barrel control. If you struggle to catch up to fastballs, start here.

2. End-Loaded (High MOI)

The weight is shifted toward the end cap. This creates a "sledgehammer" effect. It's harder to get moving, but once it hits the ball, it transfers more energy (Power).

Pro Tip: Renting allows you to try both. Rent an End-Loaded bat for the pre-season to build strength, then switch to Balanced for the season if you need more speed.
