GEAR TRYBE SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of products purchased or rented through the Gear Trybe Platform ("Platform"). By placing an order on the Platform, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Gear Trybe offers multiple shipping options to deliver products efficiently and reliably. Standard orders are typically processed within one to three (1–3) business days. Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been processed and shipped.

2. Free 2-Day Shipping for Alpha Trybe Members

Alpha Trybe members are eligible for free 2-day shipping on all eligible items. Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, to qualify for 2-day shipping. Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed the following business day.

Not all items qualify for expedited shipping. Items shipped from third-party Trybal Sellers may not be eligible for 2-day delivery.

3. Shipping Fees

Standard shipping rates vary based on product size, weight, and destination. All shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout unless waived through membership or promotional eligibility.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an item is returned due to a Gear Trybe or Trybal Seller error.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once an order has shipped, Members will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to display depending on the carrier.

5. Delivery Issues and Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped FOB (Free on Board) from the warehouse or seller facility. Title and risk of loss pass to the Member upon delivery by the carrier. Gear Trybe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the shipping provider.

If you believe your package was lost, misdelivered, or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to Gear Trybe support at shipping@geartrybe.com for further assistance.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the continental United States. Certain items may not be eligible for shipment to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. Hazardous or oversized materials may have additional restrictions or surcharges.

7. Third-Party Seller Shipments

Products fulfilled by Trybal Sellers are subject to their individual processing times and shipping methods. Gear Trybe encourages Sellers to meet the same standard of service as Gear Trybe-fulfilled orders, but cannot guarantee 2-day shipping for non-Gear Trybe inventory.

8. Modifications to this Policy

Gear Trybe reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will be posted to the Platform and become effective immediately.
