Refund policy

GEAR TRYBE RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: 6/5/2025

This Return and Restocking Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through Gear Trybe, including products acquired via purchase ("Buy") or via the Gear Trybe rental program ("Trybe It"). By making a purchase or enrolling in a Trybe It program, the customer agrees to the terms set forth herein.

1. General Conditions

1.1. All return requests must be initiated within the applicable return window outlined in this Policy.

1.2. Returned products must be in the original condition as defined under this Policy and accompanied by all original accessories, tags, packaging, and documentation.

1.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in writing by Gear Trybe.

1.4. Restocking fees apply as outlined below and will be deducted from any eligible refund.

1.5. Monthly subscription payments associated with Trybe It products are non-refundable.

2. Return Policy for Alpha Trybe Members

2.1. Buy Transactions
Alpha Trybe Members may return unused and unopened items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Restocking Fee: 10% of the purchase price

2.2. Trybe It Transactions
Alpha Trybe Members who Trybe It may return items in used or opened condition within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Restocking Fee: 25% of the initial Trybe It fee

  • Monthly payments are non-refundable

Returned items must remain in good, working condition and free from excessive wear or damage beyond normal use.

3. Return Policy for Non-Members

3.1. Buy Transactions
Non-members may return unused and unopened items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Restocking Fee: 20% of the purchase price

3.2. Trybe It Transactions
Non-members may only return unused and unopened Trybe It items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

  • Restocking Fee: 35% of the initial Trybe It fee for used or open items.

  • Monthly payments are non-refundable

 

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), minus applicable restocking fees and any additional shipping or damage deductions.

5. Policy Modifications

Gear Trybe reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on the Gear Trybe website and shall take effect immediately upon publication.
