The original Cleveland HiBore revolutionized golf with its unique shape and internal design, sparking a wave of imitators across the industry. Now, the new HiBore XL Lite Driver upholds that legacy, raising the bar in performance once again. Featuring a lighter head and components than the standard HiBore XL, the Lite version is engineered to help golfers with slow to moderate swing speeds achieve maximum ball speed, optimal launch conditions, and increased distance. Additionally, it comes with draw-biased weighting to help correct a slice.
Cleveland’s goal with the original HiBore was to push the limits of stability and forgiveness, areas where it far outperformed the competition. To accomplish this, Cleveland utilized artificial intelligence to craft the driver’s head, resulting in a triangular chassis. This design achieves two crucial features that traditional drivers cannot provide, all while staying within USGA regulations. First, the rear sole weight is placed exceptionally low and far from the face, creating a center of gravity that delivers an enormous moment of inertia (MOI), ensuring stability. Second, the triangular shape allows for one of the largest, most forgiving sweet spots on the market. Unlike conventional rounded drivers that must compromise on either forgiveness or stability, the HiBore XL Lite excels in both.
The HiBore XL Lite is equipped with the ALDILA ASCENT PL 40 shaft and the Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 Lite grip, ensuring top-notch performance and comfort.
