The thickness of your grip changes the feel of your swing. Here is how to choose the right one.
0.5mm (The Pro Feel)
Best for: Wood Bats & High-Level Players.
This offers maximum feel and feedback. It adds zero bulk to the handle, allowing for higher swing speeds. However, it offers very little vibration dampening.
1.1mm (The Standard)
Best for: Metal/Composite Bats & Most Players.
